Availability
To make an online booking : Use our secure online system to check availability. Reserve and pay by credit or debit card for your accommodation immediately. Please note you can only check availability for full weeks starting on a Saturday, please phone us for short breaks 01855 821272.

For Personal attention: Check the appropriate tariff on our Rates page. Then contact us using our online enquiry form, or if you wish to speak to us in person telephone on 01855 821272. Once we have confirmed availability, we will post you a booking form or you can download one, then complete it and post it to us with your deposit cheque or card details.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total hire fee is required at the time of reservation and the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. We always recommend our customers take out holiday insurance to avoid any loss of monies due to cancellation.
Please note: it is our policy not to allow any single sex groups, organised walking groups or groups of under 25's in any of our properties. If you fall into any of these categories we are willing to allow the let on the payment of a £500 refundable cleaning/damage deposit, payable on booking and refunded on inspection of the properties on departure.
