Once we have confirmed availability, we will post you a booking form or you can download one, then complete it and post it to us with your deposit cheque or card details.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total hire fee is required at the time of reservation and the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. We always recommend our customers take out holiday insurance to avoid any loss of monies due to cancellation.
We offer a 5% repeat customer discount.
We offer a 15% discount in the cottage if there are 4 people or less staying (excludes July & August).
Bed linen, heating, electricity and wi-fi access are all included in the price, we do not provide personal towels but can hire them to you for £3 per set.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your holiday, we would appreciate if you could advise us as soon as possible. If you have paid just your deposit, unfortunately this will be lost. If you have paid the full amount your deposit will be lost and the balance will be refunded if we can get the chalet/cottage re-let. If we cannot re-let the property the full amount will be lost. We will send you a letter of cancellation immediately. We advise that all our customers take out holiday insurance to prevent any loss of monies.

Please note: it is our policy not to allow any single sex groups, organised walking groups or groups of under 25's in any of our properties. If you fall into any of these categories we are willing to allow the let on the payment of a £500 refundable cleaning/damage deposit, payable on booking and refunded on inspection of the properties on departure.
